What is Insomnia?  Insomnia is a symptom of a sleeping disorder, when someone is unable to or has difficulty sleeping even though the opportunity to sleep is given.

Why Women?  Woman suffers from insomnia twice as much  Because of the biological make up of women such as hormones.  For some women, insomnia is a regular, recurring problem once a month, just before they menstruate.  It also occurs for women who experience premenstrual syndrome and a major nuisance for post menstrual women.  Woman suffers from insomnia twice as much  Because of the biological make up of women such as hormones.  For some women, insomnia is a regular, recurring problem once a month, just before they menstruate.  It also occurs for women who experience premenstrual syndrome and a major nuisance for post menstrual women.
