What is Insomnia? Insomnia is a symptom of a sleeping disorder, when someone is unable to or has difficulty sleeping even though the opportunity to sleep is given.
Why Women? Woman suffers from insomnia twice as much Because of the biological make up of women such as hormones. For some women, insomnia is a regular, recurring problem once a month, just before they menstruate. It also occurs for women who experience premenstrual syndrome and a major nuisance for post menstrual women.
