Creating a lesson on The Water Cycle using: CSCOPE SMART Tech website: us/Ed+Resource/Lesson+activities/Notebook+activities/ us/Ed+Resource/Lesson+activities/Notebook+activities/ SMART Board Notebook software SMART Board interactive white board *see the step by step instructions on the following pages This SMART Board lesson was created in approximately 45 minutes to an hour. (This doesn’t not include the research time to collect clipart, movie or animation on this subject area.)

First search in CSCOPE under: SCI – 5 th grade – Unit 8 – “Cycles”

Fill in the grade level and subject Click the search button

Search the lessons until you find the subject area you are looking for: The Water Cycle Click link to view lesson details.

Review the information about the lesson and then click the link to download.

Open the Notebook lesson you downloaded and make any needed changes. (add slides or delete slides to make it your own) Be sure to “save as” when your lesson is complete.
