"Standardization : The Bridge towards Ubiquitous World" GSC repository for events information GSC12_open_23 from ITU recognized that many PSOs and the ITU have a program of workshops and proposed that a central repository of information on events would be a resource for all those involved in organizing and wishing to participate in these events. It would help to avoid duplication/parallel activity and provides a one-stop shop for ICT standards events information enabling better planning for events attendance and a simpler way to find information. It would also allow interested parties to propose speakers/collaboration at an early stage and would allow proposals for partnerships (co-organizing etc) to be elaborated at an early stage. Since ITU hosts the GSC central repository ( the ITU offered to include on this repository the program of events of PSOs and other standards stakeholders.

"Standardization : The Bridge towards Ubiquitous World" GSC repository for events information GSC Members’ HoDs are therefore invited to supply the following information on their future workshops to ITU in order for it to be included on the GSC central –name of organizer –topic –date of event –location of the event –brief outline –link to a relevant website –ITU will provide more detail on the format for this information.
