Terms of Reference To monitor and help to improve the services provided by the LMIS to ensure optimal results To promote cooperation and assist in the forging of closer working relationships among stakeholders in the LMIS To support an economy-wide aggressive promotion and sensitization strategy to promote the importance of labour market information in policy and programme formation/development.

Awareness Of The Benefits Of The Labour Exchange Benefits to Employers: Access to a large pool of jobseekers which results in a quick and efficient means of sourcing prospective employees; A cost saving mechanism(the service is presently offered at no cost to individuals); A more efficient and timely means of recruiting suitable employees;
