7 In order to improve the control (surveillance) activity in the Republic of Belarus and create the unified order of its realization I enact: To approve: Regulation on order of organization and carrying out of inspections (audits); List of control (surveillance) bodies with indication of fields of their control (surveillance) activity; Criteria for association of the management subjects (inspection objects) to the risk (danger) groups;

10 Risk criteria, on the basis of which planned inspections are scheduled High risk level: Existing mandatory requirements, that cover the absence of inadmissible risk of harm to human life, health and heredity, property and environment during production, exploitation, storage, transportation and selling of the products or services rendering. Availability of information on the harm to human life, health and heredity, property and environment due to infringement of requirements of technical normative legal acts, absence of documents on quality.

11 Risk criteria, on the basis of which planned inspections are scheduled Medium risk level: Production, exploitation (use), storage,transportation, selling and utilization of products or rendering of services, for which there are assurance requirements for technical and information compatibility, products interchangeability, national safety and rational use of the resources.

12 Risk criteria, on the basis of which planned inspections are scheduled Low risk level: Production, exploitation (use), storage,transportation, selling and utilization of products or rendering of services, that are not related to high and medium risk levels.
