What are the steps I take?  Go back and ask yourself the questions from today. Truly reflect on each one. AND, most importantly…..ANSWER THEM HONESTLY!!!  Determine where you are in your profession and where you want to go. (DREAM)  Commit to yourself to begin the journey.  Set up a timeline with dates (GOALS)  Talk with a mentor (and SHOW) what you are looking to do. Ask them if you can set up a schedule to check in with them.  Hold yourself accountable to YOURSELF!!! 14
