The CBFNC The CBFNC is a non lucrative organisation, it’s purpose is to promote the use of boats for recreational purpose. To safeguard and further the interests afloat of those who know and operate boats. To offer rules of conduct for their safe operation. To govern trials of their speed, their endurance or navigation skill, and formulate rules for such competitions as its members may from time to time desire. To foster the development of Canadian waterways and harbours to the benefit of its members and all those operating small vessels on Canadian lakes, rivers and coastal waterways. To further the above objects in the marine industry of Canada. The operations of the Corporation to be carried on throughout Canada and elsewhere. Founded in 1950 CBFNC is the “Sanctioning Body” for all power boat racing in Canadian waters.
