What to test ? Installation of tooling – Detail the installation procedure – Check the access – Check the alignment procedure – Etc. Insertion of the LGT into the beam pipe – Measure the beam pipe deformation – Check the support behaviour – Measure the positioning of the LGT – Etc. Load transfer of the Beam Pipe to the LGT – Measure the central movement of the Beam pipe – Measure the reaction time of the LGT – Etc. Extraction of the beam pipe – Measure the displacement amplitude – Check the extremity rolling system – Check the beam pipe behaviour during the extraction – Evaluate the maximum extraction speed and the reaction time of the LGT – Etc. Insertion of the IST with Space frame – Check the conflict with pixel – Measure the displacement amplitude – Measure the final positioning – Check how easy to use the support system ? – Etc. Extraction of the LGT with space frame – Measure the deformation of the IST during the operation – Etc. Insertion of the IBL package – Measure the movement of the IST – Check the IBL package positioning – Check the IBL package extraction possibility – Measure the insertion force – Measure the extraction force – Etc... 11/04/20115
