Communication Contact/ Apply You get a reply Plan co- delivery Follow up You do not get a reply Track them and remind them Plan co- delivery Follow up Contact: - NST IR -ask your LCP - friend from that entity Adjust: –CV -motivation letter -EP profile

5. National Projects

National Projects 1. Events specialized in those countries 2. Use CEEDers and have constant communication with them 3. Matching Manias 4. Follow the national timelines.

6. Co - delivery

Co-delivery When you strike a partnership with an LC abroad, to ensure both the EP & TN Taker are being supported throughout the whole process, by both the Host and Home entities.

Main Tasks in Co-delivery 1.Track the LC to LC partnerships based on the analysis. 2.Do meetings with them to decide the basic expectations, timelines and activities. 3.Do regular meeting with them to track the status of their deliverables and to improve on the plans. Remember! It is not only about when, how many EPs will come, but about what experience they will get (JD cross check, EP education cycle, EP feedback analyses etc). It is your responsibility as Home entity to cross check that everything is well prepared far before the realization of EP as well as that it runs smoothly during internship time.

Co-delivery example in oGIP
