Host Log-in

You can utilize the Productivity Tools or skip this part by selecting “Later.”

Note the “Meeting Center” tab and “My WebEx” tab, also “New User Reference”

Set-up an Audio Only Conference Call

Go to “Schedule a Meeting”

Select your settings.

Select or paste attendees.

Personal Contacts are managed under “MyWebEx” > “My Contacts”

Set-up a Conference Call with Web / Video Interface

My WebEx

Go to “My WebEx” tab.

Select “My Contacts” to manage contacts.

Importing contacts makes scheduling a conference faster.

View your profile.
