Implementation Case Transport “Integrating climate change issues into the Public Transportation Plan for the Planning Region Westmecklenburg” General outcomes: consider climate change as a permanent principle of regional planning  raise awareness and level of information  identification of risks  work out regional long term strategies Concrete outcomes: international network of specialists (transport and climate change) implementation of climate change issues into the “Regional Spatial Structure Plan” as a matter of course implementation of climate change issues into the “Regional Public Transportation Plan” as a matter of course
