e-Frame Project Reports completed Stocktaking report on subjective well-being (nef) o April 2012 o Review of different approaches to measuring subjective well-being, stocktaking of different surveys that include subjective well-being measures around Europe, interviews to selected individuals within NSI on how data collected on subjective well-being were used. o Recommendations on how to better improve the quality and usefulness of the data on subjective well-being. e-Frame Project Cross-cutting activities  the creation of a European network  the stocktaking Report of Measuring Progress and Sustainable Development  the development of the “Handbook on Measuring Progress”  the definition of the “Roadmap for future research agenda” contribution from stocktaking activities, Conferences and workshops results needs and requirements from the Commission and other relevant stakeholders

e-Frame Project Cross-cutting outputs  the stocktaking Report of Measuring Progress and Sustainable Development The report will summarise the stocktaking activities carried out by the project during its lifecycle and focus on available results and on ongoing research activities on the measurement of well-being and sustainability. The aim is to create value added by constructing the report in such a way to add knoweledge to what is already achieved

e-Frame Project Cross-cutting outputs  the definition of a “Roadmap for future research agenda” The roadmap is intended to be a dynamic tool to be periodically reviewed and disseminated. Identify research needs and gaps in relevant information and methods and propose topics for future research in the context of Horizon 2020 and for future ESSnet projects according to ESS needs.

e-Frame Project Cross-cutting outputs  the development of the “Handbook on Measuring Progress” The aim is to provide a Map of policy use of well-being indicators. The MAP foresees the identification of major policies which are supposed to affect wellbeing indicators. This will be done through: collecting policy analysis and policy recommendations already produced, the invitation of selected speakers who are asked to face the issue of policy use of indicators and the promotion of a specific debate among participants to the events

e-Frame Project  the creation of a European network researchers, practitioners, civil society organizations and policy makers maintain the different stakeholders in touch during the duration of the project and beyond communicate through e-Frame website and WikiProgress the network will focus on the use of social, economic and environmental indicators within EU policies Cross-cutting outputs
