MVP “M” is for Moderation “V” is for Variety “P” is for Proportion

“V” is for Variety Variety is the state or quality of being different. The opposite of “same” The “spice of Life” – Variety adds flavor!

“V” is for Variety Cabbage Soup Diet “Not another banana in my lunch!” syndrome “All you ever eat is macaroni and cheese” meal plan “No Fat – No Good” Eating Plan “High Protein – Low Carb”

“V” is for Variety BALANCE Keeps taste buds alert and happy More satisfied with your meals More likely to provide your body with a wide source of necessary vitamins and minerals.

“M” is for Moderation Moderation is avoiding excesses or extremes. “All good things in moderation!” No foods are “off limits”. Consider “how often” and “how much”!
