Olympic Snowboarding! By Cassandra Tipa-Bowman & Chloe Hsing-Smith

 Pants = Waterproof  Jacket= Waterproof  Gloves= Keep heat in and should be waterproof  Goggles= Make sure they have good venting and anti-fog treatment  Board= Most important part  Boots= Final part that connects the person to the board.  Helmet= Protects your head from falls or bad wipeouts  Bindings= Connects the boots to the board  Face mask= To keep your face warm

 Seth Wescott is the first person to ever win a gold in snowboard cross.  There are three Olympic games for snowboarding and they are…  Half Pipe= You do tricks on a half circle well in the air.  Snowboard Cross= a sport were 4-6 people do a obstacle corse to compete for gold silver and bronze  Down Hill= jump, beams and obstacles.
