May 2013 Updates: Hahgoot’s news: Social life

We got a lovely package from Lyre Hahgoot especially liked the stickers story book in Hebrew, what a great idea!

Hahgoot got a letter from Charlotte Bertwistle from O'Connell (near Bathurst) with scratch ‘n sniff stickers while Alma got a letter from Lisa from the US (left) Hahgoot wrote a letter to Deena with Super Misty illustrations and I made her an Aleph Bet learning device.

Hahgoot did a very good job writing letters to her friends in Israel, Lyre (left) and Lotem (right).

Correspondence took up a lot of time this month... Hahgoot is looking at items my dad sent,

We had two play dates with Adrian this month: One was spontaneous (left) and the other one was well planned, together with Lis and her 4 kids. Hannah, in the centre, goes to Adrian and Hahgoot’s class, and she has an older brother in year 5 (Josh), and two younger sisters (Rebecca in Kindy and Gabby, 4)

Alma had a great time, enjoying all the activities

The kids found plenty to do, inside and out.

It is never boring in Adrian’s house!

After Lis and her busy group left, we stayed for dinner until Barak joined us and had a chance to meet Adrian’s dad, Miguel (he is from Spain). Barak and Miguel got together very well, and were very excited to discuss everything from philosophy to politics and wine. The kids kept busy with quieter activities.

Alma and Adrian get along well and can’t stick to quiet activities for long...

We had a nice play date with Jasmin First they battled the monster...

Then they learned to use the new Blingles kit she gave Hahgoot for her birthday. Good girly fun!

In our next presentation: Alma’s updates!
