Mission The goal of the Centre is to support social development of the youth of Tallinn, to raise their independence and handling in future life, helping to find career resources, organizing special trainings and compiling methodical materials. To achieve this target, we initiate collaboration with various schools, parents, educational institutions, other counselling centres and organizations.

History Psychological service with 4 psychologists was founded in Four years later one specialist was added for Russian speaking clients. According to increment the number of clients in 1995 one more psychologist was appointed to work. Priority has been career and psychological counselling, teachers and school psychologists are interested in methodical problems. We have also supervised students of various Universities and made some research work about main problems including career planning among students.

History From January 2010 we belong into the structure of Tallinn Youth Work Centre. We have 8 counsellors, 2 career info specialists and admistrator in our team.

Target group Youth under the age 26, including pupils and students, their parents,employees and unemloyed persons, school teachers and social workers
