12 Messures to improve information processing at TIC Provide support for operators to become more updated by facilitate listening to police and rescue patrol conversation facilitate listening to active Radio Stations improve the operator support system adjust the routines for registration and actions reconsider the policy for distributing non-verified information engage certified drivers to report incidents etc on dedicated phone number But most important  Operators with the right attitude and knowledge about traffic
