SStudents may not participate in violent and/or physical contact with school personnel. AAssault on faculty will result in imprisonment, charged with assault, sued, expelled, and restraining order. AAny Students who worked with the main assaulter then those who helped will also share the consequences.

A student may not leave the school premises at any time before the regular hour for dismissal of school unless he/she the approval of the attendance office of the school and the parent/guardian. Students may not leave school or class earlier than the regular time for school to end unless they are excused from office or parents/guardians.

A pupil may not deface damage, or destroy any school property. One who does so is liable to suspension or expulsion according to the nature of the offense. Any student can not destroy or vandalize any property of any kind because damage to property could result in imprisonment, payment, charged with fine, community service, and expelled.

No technology devices such as cell phones, personal music devices, iPods, pagers, cameras, recording devices or any other devices that store, receive or transmit data in any location where instruction is occurring. Technology devices may be confiscated if seen, devices will not be returned to students, parents must come to collect their child's item.

If the violation is known to be bullying or hazing, it will be recorded as such. Otherwise, the violation should be recorded as Harassment, Nonsexual. If the harassment or intimidation is of a sexual nature, it will be recorded under Sexual Offenses as Harassment, Sexual. NO Sexual Harassment is to be used in any way or it will be recorded and it will be an offensive act of stupidity.

Students/staff are prohibited from subjecting others to unwelcome sexual advances, requests for sexual favors and other verbal, visual or physical conduct or communications constituting sexual harassment and/or creating a hostile environment as defined and otherwise prohibited by state and federal statutes. No sexual harassment on girls or boys, meaning no sex, no touching of the private parts, no sexual positions, and no hostile actions.

Students who take item(s) that don’t belong to them will be disciplined and possibly arrested. No stealing, no taking personal items, no theft of any kind.

No school shall permit the smoking or use of tobacco, or any product containing tobacco or nicotine products, by pupils of the school while the pupils are on campus or while under the supervision and control of school district employees.

Students out of any class will be charged with the responsibility of having in their possession an official hall pass signed by a member of the faculty or staff. Results in stealing or taking another hall pass is OSS and disciplinary action is subjected.

Students may not possess mace, pepper spray, smoke bombs, firecrackers, or other incendiary devices.

 No materials such as flyer advertising without prior school administration

 Suspension violations include being physically present on school grounds  No suspended student may loiter at or near any school or public place where students normally attend or congregate

 Students may not set off alarms or prank calls

 Involvement in any illegal activities or violations of school board policy on campus or any school

 The violation(s) will be reviewed and the student informed of the reason for disciplinary action

Homework is defined as specific task assigned by teachers to be completed on non-school hours. The purpose of homework is to practice, prepare, and the extension of instruction objectives aligned to curriculum.
