Joey T----- Ready To Exit By: Joey

Mess Up’s I messed up at Mountain View by blurting out and not raising my hand. I was not trustworthy and always said I didn’t do things when I really did do those things. I learned from all those mistakes. Now I have made a promise to practice telling the truth all the time. I also know to raise my hand and not blurt things out in class because it can cause people to get off task and it interrupts the class.

What I Have To Do I need to be on my best behavior all the time. I will raise my hand before I say something. I will always be trustworthy and tell the truth. I will always be on task and do all my work when I am told to do it. I need to choose new friends.

My Goals To be trustworthy all the time, even when times are tough. Do all my work to the best of my abilities. I will be a hard working student. I will be diligent to do my best work. I will graduate from Mountain View with great grades and good behavior.

How I Intend To Reach My Goals I will reach all of the goals I have listed by always practicing not to lie I will do my work By getting help every time I need it. I will connect with an adult at school with whom I can talk to when I have any concerns or issues. I have three people who I could always talk with when times are rough, Mr. Freemen, Mrs. Porter, and Mr. Cain.

Memories It will be hard to leave the best teacher that I have ever had. I don’t want to leave because I think this program helped me out a lot. But I think it is best for me to go back and show that I am a really good student. I have finally figured it out and I am ready to move on.

How This Program Helped Me This program taught me over the last two months how to behave in class. The consequences that you would get if you don’t do your homework are pretty big, so it also taught me to always do my homework so I don’t fall behind.

Thank You
