3. Goals for this year What were you’re main goals for this year?
I set a SMART goal to increase my math grade from a C+ to a B by Thanksgiving break.
How are you doing achieving those goals?
I am doing okay so far; Right now I still have a C+ but I am re-taking a test this week.
If you aren’t making progress what can you do to improve on your efforts towards them?
If I don’t do well on my re-take, I will go to after-school tutoring on Thursdays until I score an A.

4. Personal Strengths Here is where you will add in all your strengths.
I am a rockstar in Language Arts! I have an A and have a 1170 SRI score!
I am doing great in PE, I’ve been doing fitness club after school to get buff too!
I am really good with little kids too, I watch my baby brother everyday after school.

5. Most Successful Class/Subject
Here is where you put in the class you are the best at and explain why you think its your best performing class. I think Language Arts is my best class. I have an A in it, and have all my work turned in. I love to read and write stories, so I try really hard in that class.

6. Challenges and Weaknesses
This is where you put in the things you struggle with in school, in life, in anything.
Girls are always talking about everyone behind their backs. I try to stick up for my friends but it always turns into a fight. I need to stay out of drama but I can’t stand when people are talking about my friends.

7. Toughest Class/Subject…
This is where you talk about the class that is giving you the biggest challenge or that you are doing the worst in and explain why you think that is happening.
I have a hard time in math, I get confused when the teacher goes fast. I also get mad because the kids in there talk too much, and I get frustrated when I can’t concentrate. I need to talk to my teacher about it.

Math= 375 (did not pass)
Reading= 412 (did pass)
How are you SRI scores this year? Are you improving?
I scored over 1170, over 100 points more than last year!!!

9. Activities and Interests

What school activities are you doing right now?
I am playing girl’s soccer right now, and am thinking about joining ASB because I want to get to help make decisions at school.
What do you like to do for fun/afterschool/weekends.
I like to hang out with my friends, go to the mall, and watch scary movies (they don’t even scare me).
What are you a nerd about? What do you get excited about?
I read all sorts of mystery books, and I almost always guess the endings. I’m good like that!

10. Personal Information
This slide is your chance to get anything off your chest that you want to tell your teachers and family about things you need them to know. Things that frustrate you, things you appreciate. How do you feel about school and your life?
Right now I feel like I’m doing pretty good in school and at home. I am working hard to improve my bad grades, and if I reach my goal I think I should get more freedom at home (wink wink, hint hint…)

11. High School Where do you think you’re going to high school?
I want to go to Lincoln Center so I can get ready for college and be prepared.
What are you looking forward to in high school?
I want to take more classes to learn how to be a writer.
What activities are you going to participate in?
I want to do lots of sports (hopefully I’ll make varsity), and I want to be in clubs if there are cool ones.
What are you fears about high school?
I just don’t want to get lost…
What are your goals?
I want to graduate with all A’s and B’s, and go to UW and either study writing or learn about how to work with little kids.

12. After High School
Ok here is where you can tell us what you think you want to do after you graduate from high school.
I want to graduate college with a writing degree and become a famous writer, or open and run my own daycare. I really like kids so I want to have at least two, but I also want lots of money and a huge house on a lake.

13. Support People
Ok this is where you tell us who is in your life that can help you. Parents, Grandparents, siblings, special teachers or friends, pastors, uncles, mentors, anybody who you know can help you with your life and future.
Mom always helps me with my homework, and grandma drives me to and from school and practice. Thank you!!!
