Career Clusters By: Joshua Sadowski, Nick Pitts, and Dorian Balle-Gifford

Duties and Responsibilities Josh: he responsibility's are to help run and maintain the system and networking of every network.They design, maintain, and create every system. These systems are vital to the communication of almost every business. For instance if a system was down at a large company no one could communicate and share important information. Nick: The responsibilities of an aerospace engineer is to make the design of the space shutle and find the correct alloy to use for the ship. He must do the job fast and effective.

Skills Josh: In Information Technology's you need to be able to communicate, Reason and Problem Solve. Use math and science. Mange oneself, time and others, work with people and work with technology. Nick: With aerospace engineering you need to be able to write the correct measurements of the ship and angles. You need to be able to use math and science to find the right alloy and measurments. Dorian: Transportation, distribution, and logistics requires the abilities too communicate, too reason and problem solve, too manage your time, and too work with things.

Data,People,and Things Josh: As an Information Technology person you work with people and technology. For instance, if you were an Independent IT, and ran your own business offering to set up and manage systems. You would have to have good relations and people skills to work with the people you are working for and you have to be able to still have the skills to work with the technology and run/ maintain the system. Nick: While working in aerospace engineering you will need to keep contact with many people. Without comunications the people who work on the ship could get things like measurements wrong.

Personal and Work Values Josh: I believe that you if you go into this occupation that you should try to provide the best product/system to your customers. Nick: I think that if you were to work in this job you will need to be a quick thinker and a good worker.

Personal Qualifications Josh: I believe that I would be qualified for this career because I like working with people and computers. Not only would I enjoy this field, but I believe that I would do well in it based on my personal aspects, such as listening, problem solving and tinkering. Nick:I think that my only qualification of

Work Environment Josh: Going to job sites and setting up/managing systems, working in an office, and from home.

Hours and Work Schedule Josh: Flexible, also depends on what field of IT you go into.

Advantages and Disadvantages Josh: If you enjoy working with math, science, or engineering, and also working with computers and what goes on behind the screen this could be the job for you. If you are easily bored looking at a computer screen and wondering why it works and are not good with people, this may not be the job for you.

Earnings Josh: 43, ,000 Dorian: $18,790 - $111,870 Nick: average slary is $79,100

Location Josh: Urban areas, and anywhere that needs to be connected to the web or otherwise.

High School Experience Josh: diploma type: core 40, comparitivly Internship location: an Information technology service, such as your local Geek Squad Job Shadow: Your local Geek Squad, or a local company, like the PC doctor. Work Experiences: Offer a service to your neighbors and surronding area in the summer to fix thier operating systems and computers Summer experiences: above School/Community Activities: Make a club and join others that are like yours. Electives: Anything to do with Science, Math, Engenering, and realations.

Two Important Electives Josh: To take all the electives that will help me and do well in those classes.

Conclusion We are all different individual jobs and all individuals, but we all came together to create this presentation.
