BIG TEN STADIUM TOUR - OBJECTIVE  By completing the Big Ten Stadium Tour you will be able to…  Engage in a Google Earth Tour Experience  View Design Features of Big 10 Stadiums  View Still Photos submitted by Users  View 3D Stadium Models  View campus layouts  Compare and Contrast Various Stadium Designs  Develop a background of Big 10 Football Stadiums design to aid you in designing your own stadium (Stadium design is a separate project) Image source:

BIG 10 STADIUM TOUR – LET’S GO!  We are now ready to begin our Virtual Field Trip!  Log-on to Student Docushare and navigate to our class folder.  Click on the link for ‘Big 10 Stadium Tour – A Google Earth Virtual Field Trip’  Open the link in Google Earth to begin your experience!

BIG 10 STADIUM TOUR – LET’S GO!  We are now ready to begin our Virtual Field Trip!  Use the pre-loaded locations to assist you in locating each stadium. HINT: Follow the tour in order to make sure you hit all  Feel free to browser through the various pictures, landmarks and links you find! Click the box to the left to download the Google Earth File! CLICK & OPEN FILE!

BIG 10 STADIUM TOUR - ASSIGNMENT  Create a Google Document and save as ‘StadiumTourFirstLastName’  Number your document 1-12 with each number representing a stadium.  For each Big 10 Stadium you should…  List the name of the stadium, associated campus, and location (City, State)  Use surrounding links to determine how many fans the stadium can hold.  Tell me about the one thing that impresses you most about the stadium.  List at least 3 other campus locations located in close proximity to the stadium  When complete, share your document with me –  Remember : Use the share feature in GoogleDocs to share, not your !
