Regional Overview Boundaries are roughly from Port Stephens in the north, out to Maitland, up through the Blue Mountains, down to Picton in the South, across to La Perouse and all of the Sydney, Central Coast and Newcastle. 11 LALC’s within the Region and they all vary in membership numbers, assets and land holdings
