6 Coaching Services Basic Engagement: 1.Initial discussion on coach objectives 2.Complete Issue Inventory (5 short questions for the client) 3.Review by Gerald of any written (video) introductory information on you and your company (reviewable in 1 to 3 hours) 4.Schedule weekly 1 hour phone consultations (i.e., 4 per month) 5.Initial engagement for 3 months Fee Structure: Steps 1 through 3--$ $800 per month for consultations Total Fee: $

7 Coaching Services Core Development Engagement: 1.Initial discussion on coach objectives 2.Complete Issue Inventory (5 short questions for the client) 3.Review by Gerald of any written (video) introductory information on you and your company (reviewable in 1 to 3 hours) 4.Four hour on-site intensive facilitated discussion, with report 5.Schedule minimum weekly 1 hour phone consultations (i.e., 4 per month), more as necessary 6.Initial engagement for 3 months, extendable as needed 7.Concluding four hour on-site intensive facilitated discussion, with report Fee Structure: Steps 1 through 3--$500.00, on site intensives- $ , 1 hour phone consultations are $ per session.
