3 Reason for Today’s Event Supply Chain Event – September 2015 o Should Glenouther Renewable Energy Park be consented by East Ayrshire Council, Gamesa will require a range of suppliers to take it through construction to operation. o Gamesa would like to maximise opportunities for local businesses to bid for contracts. o This event provides an early opportunity for us to explain the opportunities that may arise should we get planning permission, and what requirements we may be looking for. o It also provides you with the opportunity to register your interest and ask any questions you may have at this stage.

SOLUTION ORIENTATED: We require that our suppliers take an active approach in solving dilemmas faced during the construction of the wind farm, of which there will be many! COLLABORATIVE: There will be many technical disciplines involved in the construction of the wind farm – it is imperative that our suppliers all work together.
