Installed one Vensys 1.2 MW wind turbine
Without Wind: Electricity costs of $7.8 Million
With Wind: Generate $9 Million +
First in the nation to power entire district with wind
Net $4 Million over life of the turbine
And…… These gains include the cost of adding air conditioning to all of the district’s facilities and was wrapped into the financing.
