The RULES Engine USER PRICE LISTS Informational Overview

USER PRICE LISTS SAP has many different license types that can be assigned to users. Each one has a different pricing scheme. When you retire or recycle an SAP user license, it frees up that license. This can help avoid purchasing additional licenses in the future AND reduce the annual maintenance fees.

USER PRICE LISTS When you CHANGE an license type, based on the RULES ENGINE rules, then this can: Help assure the enterprise is in compliance with its contract requirements Potentially reduce annual maintenance costs which are 22% of the list price based on the license type

USER PRICE LISTS The Dynamic Licensing Suite allows you to build a user license pricing table so it can use this to show the potential economic impact of the changes you are considering. This video will show how price lists work.
