Introduction What is a hurricane? Do you remember the names Ivan, Dennis or Katrina? How do hurricanes get their names? How strong are the winds? Does a hurricane really have an eye? What can you do to get ready for a hurricane? Become a hurricane expert! Click on this picture Resource Page

Task To become a hurricane expert, you will: *Go online and investigate hurricanes. *Plot a hurricane on a map. *Name your own hurricanes *Make a plan for your family and pets. *Solve Weather Wizzard Problems. *And have fun with hurricane games and activities!
