POLISH DISHES

BEETROOT SOUP WITH SMALL DUMPLINGS (BARSZCZ Z USZKAMI) One of the most popular dishes in Poland is barszcz z uszkami- beetroot sopu with small dumplings. The colour of this soup is red and the dumplings have meat or cabbage with mushrooms.

JALLIED CARP (KARP W GALARECIE) Jallied carp has a lot of bones but its very delicious christmas dish and it looks very nice.

SUPPER WITH FAMILY (WIECZERZA Z RODZINĄ) We have supper after First Star. On the table we have twelve dishes and we must try everyone. Before supper we share wafer.
