M OTIVATION TO PARTICIPATE IN THE PROJECT Situation Only 6 adults from 100 are participating in adult learning; On average one adult education provider receives 170 adult learners a year. Aims Improving and increasing participation of Lithuanian adults in adult learning; Exchanging information with other Lithuanian institutions on developing efficient adult learning systems; Removing barriers for disadvantaged groups (people from rural areas, disabled, youth, unemployed, etc.). Outcomes Tools and good practices for Lithuanian adult education providers; Increased participation in adult learning in Lithuania.
