Documents to be prepared by fellows: Graduation Certificate of S1 (Certified/Translated ) Transcript S1 (Certified/Translated ) Letter of Recommendation from Supervisor Letter of Recommendation from Academic Advisor Health Certificate Photographs

Application to Japanese Universities (1) Each fellow is encouraged to apply to more than one university (at the most three choices) In case a fellow is accepted by more than one university, the final decision on the target university is subject to Bappenas approval. The fellows may establish an early communication with the prospective professors of the target university through or other means of communication. The fellows are expected to actively seek info through the relevant website.

Application to Japanese Universities (2) All applications must be sent to AsiaSEED Jakarta AsiaSEED Jakarta will forward the documents to AsiaSEED Tokyo AsiaSEED Tokyo will further forward the applications to the respective universities and handle the administrative requirements.
