5 Elements of Good Web Design A powerpoint by Himyt Kang & Harman Lidder

1. Consistent Theme The website should have a clear page layout that is also unique. People should find it easy to read and navigate, as well as eye- catching. Each page should have images related to the topic which will make your website more attractive and look cool.

2. Color Scheme in Web Design The design of your website should establish an effective colour scheme that accents your logo, content, and images.

3. Usability The website should be easy to navigate, understand, find information/resources, and have a minimal loading time.

4. Keep It Simple The best websites are easy to read. They shouldn’t have too much information that will distract the reader from the main idea. The colour scheme should be basic.

5. Informative Content The reader should get the information that they are looking for. The information should be precise and relevant to the website. The site shouldn’t have any spelling or grammatical errors.
