MATRIX HARDWARE – Firmware report ► Firmware Report causes EHX to request the details of all the firmware versions on the matrix cards and attached panels which support the function. The firmware versions are listed in a text window and can be exported to a.csv file. DIAGNOSTIC TOOLS IN EHX

MATRIX HARDWARE – Diagnostic Zip file ► Diagnostic Zip file: This function will save all your maps, firmware reports and log files into one zip file. The file can then be sent to tech support to help you if there is a problem with your system. DIAGNOSTIC TOOLS IN EHX

CROSSPOINT MAP Source Ports along this axis Destination Ports along this axis ► Monitor in REAL TIME crosspoints (panel key presses) as they are made ► Adjust input / output levels ► Right-clicking on a crosspoint provides various options to make or break a crosspoint ► The user can zoom in or out, producing clearer views of the map. EVENT LOG ► The matrix event log screen shows status messages about the complete system health. DIAGNOSTIC TOOLS IN EHX

EVENT LOG ► Online / offline panel messages and matrix card health status are all shown in REAL TIME ► Select the Frame in the Network for Viewing ► Select the “PLAY” button for Live mode ► Select Request Information – for additional status message options. ► The logged messages can be exported to a file using the ‘Export’ option. The exported file from EHX is an XML file. This can be imported into Excel as a delimited file using the “ “ (speech quotes) as a separator Note: Status messages are logged automatically once the EHX s/w is started DIAGNOSTIC TOOLS IN EHX

UPLOADING A CONFIGURATION The active configuration in the matrix can be uploaded and stored onto the EHX PC In the Systems screen, right-click the display for the target matrix in the main section of the display. ► Select Configuration > Upload Active Configuration from Rack. Note: 1) The Upload Active Configuration functionality is not available over a serial connection from the Eclipse EHX Frame and the EHX PC. 2) The upload does contain Logic Maestro and Control Macro information DIAGNOSTIC TOOLS IN EHX
