65 When Problems Occur If you are having trouble with operating the system –Review the Quick Start Guide and Installation Manuals –Perform Ping connectivity check –Ensure AAP TCP Server is running on RTD PC –Screen saver should be turned off –Ensure RTD and CAT Library installed per the release notes 65

66 When Problems Occur Review CLI output log Check Results directory to make sure all results were processed If there are many older RTD results when you run AAP the first time, it may take 10-30 minutes to process results folder Some results are stored in C:\RTD_Results\Filtered Results TestStand output is stored were sequence was saved Make sure Archive is entered into RTD, and all patches applied (jar files in correct place) 66

67 When Problems Occur Make sure that the Windows Regional and Language options are set to English (United States) Make sure you are logged in as administrator and application is running as administrator Ctrl+Alt+Shift+Insert to change between operator and editor mode in TestStand 67

68 When Problems Occur If a particular test case is not working as expected –Ensure it is validated, see the release notes –Run the test case from the RTD PC under C:\test directory, just double click the bat file to run –Send the output to a file and email file with ATMMI proxy to support engineer –Any other information (proxy file, screen shots, etc.) 68
