ActivityDate TES policy and supporting information  Heads of School & DSEs To include a standard presentation for DSEs to use in schools September 2013 AQST to include TES update on the agenda for the annual DSE event 1 st October 2013 School staff to discuss and agree their preferred way forward for the year e.g. at first School academic staff meeting of the new academic year October 2013 School to agree named person to take responsibility for overall co-ordination of the Scheme during the current year  TES co-ordinator network and potential for discussion list October 2013 Heads of School or TES Co-ordinator to communicate details of the scheme to relevant staff in the School October – December Completed forms - part 1 to be returned to TES co-ordinator Progress on TES involvement to be reported to FTSEC February 2014 STSEC to report through its minutes on outcomes from TES during the year and to form part of School’s Action Plan June 2014 Staff meetings, academic staff away-days and/or good practice working groups to discuss outcomes from TES and to report on and share good practice As appropriate Programme Review - FTSEC to consider, act on and report outcomes as appropriate October / November 2014 Annual review meeting of TES co-ordinators or DSEs to review the different ways in which TES has been implemented July 2014 Collect examples of approaches for case studies July 2014 Implementation plan 2013/14
