What is stress? Stress is a level of discomfort to unusual circumstances. The way your mind and body react to it is what determines how stress can affect you. Change imposes some level of stress. Good Stress: What motivates you to move forward in life. Bad stress: What keeps you from moving forward; for instance: anxiety, fatigue, illness, etc.

CAUSES OF STRESS

What is causing you stress? Trying to do something you are not ready for. Lack of important information you need to accomplish your goal. Unrealistic goals for your current abilities.

What else is causing you stress? Too much work? Lack of organization Self-destructive habits Unhealthy relationships Lack of meaningful goals Poor nutrition and rest Lack of exercise

PLAN, PREPARATION, AND PRACTICE
