My presentation is about how to make a delicious, and nutritious salad. This presentation is very easy to follow and understand.

1.Go to the supermarket 2.Buy a head of lettuce, many cherry tomatoes, one cucumber, and ranch salad dressing. 3.Bring the food to the cashier and pay for the food. Make sure the cashier puts the food in a bag. 4.Go home and prepare to make the best salad you will ever taste… ever. (Pre-salad Making Steps)

5. Take the food out of the bag and wash the vegies 6. Cut the cherry tomatoes and put them in a bowl. 7.Chop the lettuce and put that in the same bowl. 8. Chop the cucumber horizontally and also put it in the bowl. 9. Mix the salad until all the ingredients are spread throughout the whole bowl. 10. Pour ¼ cup of ranch dressing over the salad. 11. Mix the salad again. 12. Enjoy

Now that are done with your salad and ate it, you can make many more salads with many different ingredients. If you are feeling adventurous, next time put some grilled chicken in the salad to add protein, or some croutons to add some crunch.

Eating salads is a very healthy choice. Salads are a great meal because you can put almost anything in them. There are so many combinations of ingredients that can go into salads so you won’t get bored of eating them. Some other ingredients that I did not mention in the presentation are olives, cheese, nuts, and onions.
