2 pasta SALAD recipe Awesome Pasta Salad Serves 6 Ingredients
1 (12 ounce) box of tri-colored spiral pasta 1 container small cherry tomatoes (36 tomatoes) 1/2 pound mozzarella cheese (about 3 slices ½ inch thick cut into ½ inch cubes) 1/2 pound salami (about 3 slices ½ inch thick cut into ½ inch cubes) 1 large green bell pepper cut into ½ inch pieces 1 (3.8 ounce) can of sliced black olives, drained 1 cup shredded carrots, chopped into smaller pieces 1 cup favorite Italian salad dressing Directions Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Add pasta, and cook for 8 to 10 minutes or until al dente. Cut or chop all ingredients as listed above. In a large bowl, combine pasta with tomatoes, cheese, salami, green pepper, olives and carrots. Pour in salad dressing, and toss to coat.

3 Pasta 1(12 ounce)box serves 6 people
To serve 20 people I will need 3 1/3 boxes, or, (40 ounces) of pasta Math: 1/6 x 20/1 = 20/6 = 3 2/6 = 3 1/3 boxes, or, 3 1/3 x 12 = 10/3 x 12/1 = 120/3 = 40 ounces of pasta

4 SALAMI ½ pound serves 6 people To serve 20 people I will need 1 2/3
pounds of salami Math: 1/2 ÷ 6/1 = 1/2 × 1/6 = 1/12 pounds per person 1/12 × 20/1 = 20/12 = 1 8/12 = 1 2/3 pounds for 20 people

5 MOZZaRELLA ½ pound serves 6 people
To serve 20 people I will need 1 2/3 pounds of mozzarella Math: 1/2 ÷ 6/1 = 1/2 × 1/6 = 1/12 pounds per person 1/12 × 20/1 = 20/12 = 1 8/12 = 1 2/3 pounds for 20 people

6 TOMATOES 36 small whole tomatoes serves 6 people (1 container of small tomatoes) Each person gets 6 whole tomatoes To serve 20 people I will need 120 whole tomatoes, or, 3 1/3 containers Math: To determine the number of containers: 1/6 x 20/1 = 20/6 = 3 2/6 = 3 1/3 containers of tomatoes To determine the number of tomatoes: 3 1/3 converted into improper fraction 10/3 10/3 × 36/1 = 360/3 = 120 small tomatoes

7 GREEN PEPPERS 1 large green pepper serves 6 people
To serve 20 people I will need 3 1/3 large green peppers Math: 1/6 x 20/1 = 20/6 = 20 ÷ 6 = 3 2/6 = 3 1/3 peppers

8 CARROTS 1 cup of shredded carrots serves 6 people
To make 20 servings I will need 3 1/3 cups of shredded carrots Math: 1/6 x 20/1 = 20/6 = 20 ÷ 6 = 3 2/6 = 3 1/3 cups

9 OLIVES 1 can olives (3.8 ounces) serves 6 people
To make 20 servings I will need 3 1/3 cans of olives, or, ounces of olives Math: 1/6 x 20/1 = 20/6 = 20 ÷ 6 = 3 2/6 = 3 1/3 olive cans Each olive can is 3.8 ounces 3 1/3 = 10/3 = 3.33 3.80 x = ounces

10 DRESSING 1 cup serves 6 people To make 20 servings I will need
3 1/3 cups of dressing Math: 1/6 x 20/1 = 20/6 = 20 ÷ 6 = 3 2/6 = 3 1/3 cups

11 Awesome pasta Next, put all your ingredients in a pan
Then pour in all of the dressing Then mix all of it up
