Protein: Choose one of the following; 100g Tuna 100g Cooked Chicken 100g Prawns 100g Cheese 2 hard boiled eggs + Add all you ingredients together and layer up for a tasty healthy salad … yum! Dressing: To finish your salad add the following dressing; 1tbsp Olive oil or 2tbsp low fat dressing.
