IPMS encompasses 17 major Task Orders to implement nearly $200 million in Federal Highway Funds Focus will be on federally funded surface transportation projects PB will work side-by-side with DPW to provide on-site expertise and support Task Orders 1A and 1B have been initiated: –1A: Develop the 2030 Guam Transportation Plan –1B: Prioritize and initiate the first wave of actual projects Islandwide Program Management Services

Planning and development of a 2030 Guam Transportation Plan (GTP) –Uses relevant data from earlier transportation plans –Comprehensive evaluation of existing highway conditions, data, plans & reports –Development of performance measures and a forecasting model (to include military expansion) –Analysis of existing projects and funding sources –Identification of potential transportation improvement projects –Strategies and recommendations for implementation Scope of Work - Task 1A

Scope of Work includes an extensive Public Input and Community Outreach Plan –Mayors Council & MPCs –Local & Federal Agencies –Commercial User Groups –Civic/Business Organizations –Ethnic & disadvantaged groups –Community at large –Military Scope of Work - Task 1A
