A Pronoun is a word which is used instead of a Noun. What is a Pronoun? A Pronoun is a word which is used instead of a Noun.

The Pronouns are: I You He She It We They

Some examples are: Tom and Kate went shopping. Tom and Kate bought everything. They bought everything.

John was sick. John took his medicine. He took his medicine.

The Pronouns as an Object. Subject Object I Me You You He Him She Her It It We Us You You They Them

After a Preposition we use the Object. I gave a book to him. Between you and me, he is rather lazy.

After a Conjunction we use the Subject. My cousin is younger than I.(am) My mother bought more items than I .(did)
