Person Management A “Birth to 3” reference value has been added to the Medical Mental Health page under the Health Concern Window as a Type of Service Dropdown value. This was added for the purposes of tracking the referrals (mainly for Milwaukee County, but potentially a beneficial tracking tool for all counties). The Medical/Provider type needs to be Physician.

Person Management The Kinship tab will be renamed to the Education Tab. Now, the Child’s education record will be stored on the Person Management page in the system. This will be beneficial as the educational record will follow the child from case to case.

Person Management The Education Record value from Create>Casework>Education has been removed. The Education record is no longer able to be viewed from the outliner.

Person Management Mother TPR and Father TPR checkboxes will be system derived from the Legal Status page instead of user checked. When a Child’s Mother or Father is identified in the Legal Status page, the system needs to auto check the Mother TPR check box. The old label ‘Status’ is renamed Type – this applies to both under the Child’s Mother and Child’s Father.

Person Management The fields within the old Kinship Tab’s Child’s Parental Information group box (Mother’s Current Status, Father’s Current Status, and Current Relationship of Parents to Each Other, Mother TPR check box and Father TPR check box) are moved under the Parent Info. The labels Mother’s Current Status and Father’s Current Status are renamed as Current Marital Status.

Person Management Changes on the Additional Tab: –The Child Information group box in its entirety and as-is will be moved from the old Kinship tab and will be hosted under the Additional Tab.

Person Management Contents of the Educational Tab –The tab is a new tab that replaces the Kinship tab and hosts the information detailed below in its four group boxes.

Person Management Basic Education Information group box: –The Child’s School Information group box will be moved under this group box. The fields are: Child is Currently Enrolled in School checkbox and Child’s Highest Grade Completed drop down –A new Diploma/Certificate drop down field is created. The values of the drop down are: High School Diploma, GED Certificate, and HSED Certificate Also, a corresponding Diploma and Certificate Date is created. –A new Diploma/Certificate Date field has been added. This will capture the date for the value from the Diploma/Certificate drop-down field.

Person Management Individualized Education Plan group box: –The Individualized Education Plan group box that was under the Responsible School Dist tab of the old Education page will be moved under this group box.

Person Management School District Jurisdiction History group box: –The School District Jurisdiction History group box that was under the Responsible School Dist tab of the old Education page will be moved under this group box.

Person Management School History group box: –The School History group box that was under the Education History tab of the old Education page will be moved under this group box.

Worker Assignment Add functionality under the Workers’ expando to enable the supervisor to launch the Create Worker Assignment page to make a participant assignment as well as a standard case/provider assignment. This stands true under search as well. This will save the steps of first assigning the case to himself/herself and make the assignment under the case expando in a participant View mode

Activity Notes Workers will be able to edit a case note from the search page regardless of assignment. This will save the step of creating an unnecessary assignment to a case just for the purpose of entering a note.

Search The system will now auto set the focus into the first field, usually the last name. This will save the user from having to use his/her mouse to click the focus into the field. This will be updated in all places that a participant, provider or case search is done.

Legal Status In the Legal Status Dates group box, the Date Order Entered field will be removed from the page (both newly created and existing pages). The Hearing/Legal Status Date field will be the new name of the field formerly known as ‘Hearing Date/Date Legal Status Changed.’ This field will be highlighted bold red to indicate that it is an AFCARS field.

Imaging Five New Types of Legal Imaging have been added –1. Acknowledgement of Notice of Rights and Obligations –2. Notice of Intake Inquiry –3. Court Referral - Child/Juvenile (Non-Law Enforcement Referral) –4. Informal Disposition Agreement –5. Notice of Satisfaction of Obligation of Deferred Prosecution/Informal Disposition

CPS Reports The description of allegations will now pre- fill to the Request for Emergency Detention Template.

Assessment Case participants added via maintain case will show up on the Child Welfare Report page so new persons will be included on the CW Report if they were not present on the Services Report.

Access  Currently, when a supervisor screens-in an access report and links it to a closed case (whether the worker updated the address or not) OR when a supervisor screens-out a report and links it to an open case – he/she gets a pop up message asking if he/she wants to update the addresses on all case participants.

Access The pop up message will remain the same, but we will change the update address page so that the current addresses are listed, making it easier for Supervisors to see which addresses to update

Maintain Case 6145 The Collaterals tab has been updated so that individual collateral contacts can be connected to one or more participants in the case. This is beneficial if several children involved in the case have several different attorneys, the worker is able to differentiate out the who is working with who.

Outliner The case note category detail will be added to the outliner. This will aid workers in searching for notes, without having to open the note and search for the particular detail the worker is looking for.

Document Plans The “Safety Assessment and Plan” will be changed to the “Safety Assessment Analysis and Plan”

Document Plans The Family Interaction Plan will now be a page where all data is entered and then will pre-fill to the template. There will be no user entered text on the form. Users will be seeing more of this with future releases.

Out of Home Placements The system will automatically pre-fill Agreement Amount from Adoption Assistance Amendment to Child Specific Rate field on In Home Service page after expiration date.

Out of Home Placements The system will update Rate Setting Logic to account for newly created SW Reporting Groups for Family Group Homes. We had to reset the services back to the original SW Reporting Group so that rates settings were recognized

Out of Home Placements 5604 A few family group home with age group service types were added in a recent release. The statewide reporting group used is was not generating a tickler for 30 days and 6 month review, and it will with the new release.

Out of Home Placements A new edit will be added to the override process so that if a user attempts to override a Missing From Care Placement and has already done this there would be an edit to prevent them from overriding the placement again for the same reason.

Out of Home Placements A new Automated Message will be created that can be maintainable (via distribution) to alert users when an out-of-home placement has been created in their county.

System Wide When clicking the Print hot button in the banner, the printed pages should include all of the page (including information in scroll bars), not just the print screen. This print functionality would be similar to the "Print History" button on the Placement History page (from Placement Correction History). This enhancement would apply to all pages in the system.
