Coaching  Coaching is training or development in which a person called a "coach" supports a learner in achieving a specific personal or professional goal. – Source: Wikipedia

Coaching Roles Informal  Often you are a member who notices issues.  No credit towards any designations.  Satisfaction that you helped save a club before it got into real distress. Formal  You are assigned to a club by District if their membership falls to12 members or less.  You can get credit towards Advanced Leader Silver for bringing the club back to charter strength.
