Our Vision To see every Covenant church become a healthy missional church Our Mission To help Covenant pastors lead their churches to greater effectiveness

 We value the uniqueness of every church and every church leader.  We value the process of leadership development one leader at a time.  We value the practical application of biblical principles in the planning and implementation of a church’s vision.  We value methods and tools that create systemic and lasting progress.  We value the potential of every church that is organized to turn its vision into reality.

Three Components:  Personal Coaching  Ready-to-Use Resources  Strategy Workshops

 Pastors experience weekly telephone coaching calls (45-60 minutes) with a qualified proven coach who is a Covenant pastor.  Coaching sessions are designed to be highly interactive.  Coaches utilize the CO-OP Initiative Format to create specific and desired outcomes for each church.  Each coaching session ends with an assignment of the next step in achieving the desired outcome.  Pastors and coaches communicate progress, questions, and solutions between sessions via the internet.
