co-funded by the European Community eContentplus programme NATURE-SDIplus Good Practices

Good Practices (GP) are an efficient tool to learn from experience (project dimension, reasons and objectives, implementation) GP are intended as technical, organizational and data sharing cases/experiences; they are a good approach to review the geo-information flow in nature conservation GP are collected into an on-line database, upon input by the Members of the NATURE-SDIplus Network and targeted stakeholders in the field The information is collected via a template, in case further refined with personal interviews GP have been also presented in the project workshops (proceedings available) 2 GOOD PRACTICES

3 The template to collect information GOOD PRACTICES CATALOGUE

The Catalogue includes 38 practices (14 different countries, 3 international practices) The most reported keywords:  environmental monitoring  reporting  data access  management  metadata management  dataset harmonisation The most reported application areas:  planning & management,  biodiversity,  species distribution,  natural resources sustainable exploitation 4 COLLECTED GOOD PRACTICES
