The Scientific Method & Measurement

The Scientific Method Purpose Hypothesis Materials Procedure Observations Conclusions

Procedure Solution A: 1. Pour 300 mL of water from the wash bottle into the 1000 mL measuring cup. 2. Add Borax from the ziploc to the water in the 1000 mL measuring cup. 3. Mix together until the Borax completely dissolves in the water.

Procedure Solution B: 1. Pour 170 mL of water from the wash bottle into the 500 mL measuring cup. 2. Add 225 mL of glue into the water in the 500 mL measuring cup. 3. Add 3 drops of food color. 4. Mix together

Procedure 1. Pour Solution B into Solution A. DO NOT STIR WHILE POURING!!!! 2. Lift the Gak out and put it in the ziploc bag.
