It can help summarize current health status and transition students into assuming personal responsibility for their health care.

Immunizations Illinois Register Department of Public Health Title 77 Immunization Code 695 requires Tetanus Diphtheria –TD within the past 10 years is required –TDaP now available as a booster vaccine Measles Mumps Rubella –A series of 2 is required if born after 1956 SIUE recommends all students consider Meningitis (1 shot) Hepatitis A (series of 2 shots) Hepatitis B (series of 3 shots)
