Its a self-assessment framework which ensures an organisation has the relevant quality processes and procedures to be fit for purpose. Its also a National Award for those organisations who have achieved the required standard. What is it?

Any organisation that works with young people. This includes: Voluntary Organisations Connexions Youth Services Integrated Youth Support Services Who is it for?

It will improve and refine the quality processes within any young peoples organisation. It gives credibility. Its a way of getting all staff involved in quality. It improves outcomes Why bother?
