Introduction This document describes the requirements specification, system specification, functional and non-functional requirements of the web site News. This project aims to design a news site special display diverse news articles, whether political or economic or Miscellaneous Articles.... etc And through the News Web Site that allows any network user reviews online web pages with ease. As well as through this site can a user a member of this site to express his views very clearly and easily through the addition of the comment threads or to send articles to the site. Any user from anywhere can view and browse the web pages for news of local news and global.

purpose  The main purpose of the project is to design electronic news site allows any user of the system that is browsing the web pages very easily.  allows the user to obtain information, whether news or political news or news Economy social or Miscellaneous gestures for each community

The methodology used in the project is the spiral methodology.
