Reaching the Summit

6 Shelter tents with accommodation for 12 paying guests. Encampment

Subsistance Each paying participant would receive Overnight accommodation, dinner and breakfast. A sleeping bag. A Cross Fell Shelterbox waterproof jacket. A certificate confirming completion of the challenge. A ShelterBox allocation number.

Every ShelterBox has its own unique allocation number. That can be traced through the ShelterBox website.

District Club Input We don’t want any of your funds. We don’t even want much of your time.

District Club Input All we do want is the name of a Business leader, Celebrity or Dignitary known to your Club that may be willing to take up the Challenge.

Invitations We would then issue an invitaion in Spring 2009 and handle all the subsequent correspondence, joining formalities etc.

District Club Benefits A Business leader, Celebrity or Dignitary in your own area with personal knowledge of the workings of ShelterBox. Increased Public awareness by the above and also via the press / media coverage of the event. Easier raising of future ShelterBox funds.

…TO HELP MAKE THIS POSSIBLE. Helping the most needy ShelterBox acts irrespective of race, religion or political affiliation. The charity receives no government funding and relies on public donations. Around 90% of all income goes directly on aid.

IF YOU LOST EVERYTHING……

WHAT WOULD YOU NEED?

The ShelterBox  Rugged plastic box  10-person tent  Blankets & ground mats  Stove & cooking equipment  Water containers & purification tablets  Tool kit  Ponchos and mosquito nets  Children’s pack

Even the plastic box can be vital !

Cross Fell ShelterBox Challenge 12 th to 20 th July 2009 Your help will enable us to help you.
